Maui County Divorce Records
Divorce records are official documents that record the end of a marriage and settle all legal matters between the parties. These records are publicly available on the eCourt KÅkua portal. A name or case number is required for the search. Some divorce records may be available for free download or purchase via the portal. Copies of divorce records may also be purchased by mail, fax at (808) 244-2932, or in person at the Maui County Family Court. Mail and fax customers should complete the Request to Access/Purchase Court Record Form and send it to the courthouse without the fees. The records staff will contact the customer to provide an invoice for the fees. In-person customers should visit the courthouse from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
